Since its inception in 2012, MY WORKSHOP has extended its mission beyond professional coaching and leadership development to serve people and communities through purposeful, faith-driven philanthropy.

Rooted in the biblical principle of stewarding time, talent, and treasure, the Foundation actively supports local Canadian ministries and, internationally, evangelists, missionaries, and outreach initiatives—beginning in Cuba in 2022 and expanding to Pakistan in 2025.

This commitment reflects MY WORKSHOP’s belief that leadership is ultimately expressed through service. Through prayerful giving, hands-on involvement, and strategic support, the Foundation partners with ministries and frontline servants to strengthen communities, advance the Gospel, and respond to real needs with compassion and integrity. Staff, partners, and clients are invited to participate in this shared calling, making impact not an add-on, but a core expression of who we are and how we serve.

MY WORKSHOP’s commitment to service is expressed through the active and voluntary engagement of its team members, who serve as board members, mentors, and trusted advisors within local and international initiatives. Guided by a servant-leadership mindset, they invest their expertise, time, and presence to foster ethical leadership, capacity building, and sustainable impact.

The Foundation also provides strategic and financial support to initiatives that strengthen the economic and social development of communities facing systemic barriers such as underemployment, limited access to resources, and discrimination.

For more than a decade, MY WORKSHOP has played a meaningful role in advancing entrepreneurship, leadership development, and vocational empowerment among vulnerable and marginalized populations, including women, newly arrived immigrants, and disabled young adults.

Through the intentional stewardship of time, talent, and resources, these efforts have contributed to lasting transformation—locally in Canada and across international communities—reflecting MY WORKSHOP’s conviction that leadership is ultimately expressed through service, dignity, and hope.

WE DID NOT DO IT ALONE!

Examples of MY WORKSHOP’s commitment to service and community impact include active participation in hands-on fundraising and awareness initiatives that support vulnerable individuals and families.

These efforts have included participating in challenge-based events—such as rappelling from a 30-story building in support of the Make-A-Wish Foundation and plane-pull events benefiting the Special Olympics—as tangible expressions of solidarity, compassion, and shared responsibility.

In parallel, MY WORKSHOP has consistently invested its professional expertise by serving as mentors and advisors through organizations such as Futurpreneur Canada, Réseaux Mentorat, and Concordia University.

These contributions, along with ongoing sponsorship and advisory support for both private and non-profit start-ups, reflect MY WORKSHOP’s long-standing commitment to fostering leadership, entrepreneurship, and sustainable growth—grounded in dignity, opportunity, and service to others.

SUPPORT OUR 5 YEAR MISSIONS IN CUBA

In 2022, MY WORKSHOP prayerfully expanded its service mission to the island of Cuba, responding to a calling to walk alongside the local community in Morón. Through this initiative, the Foundation supports local churches, pastors, and outreach efforts seeking to meet spiritual and practical needs with compassion and faith.

This work reflects MY WORKSHOP’s commitment to advancing the Gospel through service, partnership, and faithful stewardship—serving both local and international communities in alignment with Christ’s call to love, serve, and uplift others.
