As a business coach, I prefer working with small groups or one-on-one. It has often allowed me to achieve sustainable results. (After all, if you invest in coaching or training, shouldn’t you expect it to pay off on a long term basis, right?)

Consultation

A consultation is the most personalized tool you can ask for. I help you stay focused on a specific goal (have you heard of “SMART goals”?). My aim is to serve your business in a concrete way through my intervention. Whether you wish to increase sales, make a critical decision or improve your leadership and influence, we will work on the critical elements of the strategy that you have put in place. As a business coach, I help you prioritize and stay on course.

I also offer coaching as a means to reach more important milestones, as a business plan or a start-up strategy. My “Cornerstone™” programs, include training modules and bimonthly sessions on a 3 or 4-month period, offers you in-depth support. In other words, I fully embark with you on your journey, accompanying you in the implementation of healthy foundations for your business to take off.

Does your team need to learn how to better manage their time or perhaps improve their communication skills? I offer well structured training programs that will allow your team to face their challenges head on. I’m also equipped to manage conflict in order to improve the working environment (I’m a trained mediator).

First and foremost, I coach individuals. (Actually, your client first buys into you before your product or service…) As human beings, in order to grow, I believe we need to put our ego aside to embrace change and criticism. This is why my motto is:

I believe that the heart of your business should include strategic planning. My role is to make sure you prioritize the critical elements of your business rather than its facade!

A good business coach isn’t someone who gives you a big “pep talk” for $200 and then disappears after a great speech (and a touching story!). We need to invest our time within a company in order to truly understand its needs, team dynamics and strategy…Well, at least that is my way to provide a service that delivers results.

If you desire to hire me as a consultant for a specific issue, my fees start at $499. This includes Four 60-minute coaching sessions, as well as a process of reflection and analysis in addition to regular communication in between sessions.

Many of my clients prefer to spread payments over several weeks or months, for example. I am open to finding the method that best suits you.
